So is Lula a neoliberal true believer, like Blair, or is he navigating some kind of complicated leftwing strategy?

-I fear to say he will put forward Blairite policies. His Minister of Labour -is already talking about the end of 13th salary (a bonus given to workers in -December, equal to an aditional month of payment), something that even the -neoliberals feared to do. There is the extremely harsh fiscal policy, the -increase in interest rates, the cut of social expenses from the budget, the -hasty and poor designed pension reforms. I hope I´m wrong.
