[lbo-talk] Weird rich people question

It is popular among wealthy Russians to go out on the street dressed as a 
homeless person or street prositute (thay actually pay companies tens of 
thousands of dollars to arrange this). My question is, is this just some 
bizarro New Russian thing, or is it practiced elsewhere? I have never heard 
of it in the West.
