This is a very high quality webcast of a lecture Edward Said gave a month or two ago at Berkeley on Israel and the Palestinians. Only a tiny amount of what he say is new, but the point is the power and grace with which he says it. If you're someone who has ever liked any of Said's writings, but who has never heard him speak, you owe it to yourself to listen to him at least once. For all his other virtues, it is as a public speaker that he truly shines. (If you want, you can just minimize the TV part and listen as if were a normal realaudio file while you do other things. It's an hour long.)
