[lbo-talk] Another YUKOS shareholder can now be prosecuted

The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court has annulled the election of Vasily 
Shakhnovsky, a key shareholder in the YUKOS Oil Company, to the Russian 
senate. The move will now end Shakhnovsky’s immunity from prosecution and 
pave the way for prosecutors who charged the businessman with large-scale 
tax evasion weeks ago, to continue with their prosecution.
