It sucked compared to the first one-- but that's a high bar.

If you lower expectations from that point, it was a very good action flick.
I enjoyed it a bit more than RELOADED.

Yes, it's sad that the promise of the first movie was not fulfilled in the
sequels, but the later still deserve to kick the ass of most of the big
budget movies that Hollywood throws on the screen each week.
