Hate to pick a nit in a generally excellent article, but in what sense is anti-Semitism a criminal offense in the U.S.? Activities -- "hate crimes" -- yes, but verbal statements and peaceful demonstrations, marches, etc., of anti-Semitism are constitutionally protected, no?
