I never read anything in Marx or Engels or Lenin that would lead me to think that revolutionary thought is intentionally desexualized. In fact, if anything is traditionally associated/celebrated/feared about "communism," it's "free sex."
When I hear so called Marxists, communists, socialists, or any other brand of self-styled revolutionaries speak against homosexuality, I assume they're either stupid or that they've come out of some kind of macho culture.
