I'd say the worst of Bush's Iraq troubles are now past
him, re-election wise, since the only threat to his
re-election is discontent among the military.

"And while Turkey has not said how many troops it will
send, the estimates of 5,000 to 10,000 would be enough
to significantly ease the strain on the hard-stretched
American, British and other coalition forces now in
place."
