Not in the same way. When a Dem is in power, radicals of all stripes are more susceptible to the argument that things are structurally fucked up. Adolph Reed once told me that Clinton was the best organizing tool the Labor Party ever had. And, as I've said before (a line I appropriated from Zizek), you can't plausibly make the argument that there's no significant difference between the two parties when the right-wing party is in power - it's too obviously untrue.
