   Last yr. the DPRK appointed a PRC millionaire to run a free trade zone. 
Within a few days Beijing announced he was arrested for corruption.

   And, though it might be more brinksmanship, the DPRK rep to the 6 nation 
talks announced a few days ago that they will not participate in the next 
meeting.
