They used to (Lefty Frizzell, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Merle 
Haggard, Johnny Paycheck, to name a few who sang about outlaws and/or 
people who were wrongly accused), but the country music radio 
stations stopped playing them when country music went "pop."
