The friend who supplied it said there was also a Zhirinovski brand sometimes available. Perhaps you can secure a bottle of the latter for Pugliese. He could pioneer a cocktail modeled on the Napoli blending Zhirinovski vodka, Campari and dark sweet vermouth, and call it the "Red-Brown Bilge."
