Gosh, hope Chomsky's doesn't come too soon.
It struck me reading that vile piece of crap this morning that people like Bernstein (and our comrade Brad) despise people like Said because he's a class traitor. Prominent intellectuals who, instead of joining the ruling class and cashing in, turned into some of its most prominent and forceful critics. Such an inconvenient problem.
