As Carrol and Fredrick D. say, struggle , no progress without struggle and demands of power. What an honest dialectic on this e-list expressing genuine contradictions of our movement.
This thread might be a punctuated equilibrium: Most of the duration of a process is circular, evolutionary ,equilibrated motion; one step forward, two steps back and all that. Revolutionary leaps are rare :>)
