How is it circular?
Wrong: America is a rich corporate country with a tradition of white supemacy.
Right: America also has a vital tradition of dissent and organizing, with one of the most diverse societies on earth.
So better organizing of the latter can defeat the evils of the former.
It's a statement that America has good and bad, and those who denounce the country as a monolith miss the point.
