Gives credence to the view that another terrorist attack would help, not hurt, Bush.
--i've been saying for a while to people that if a terrorist incident occurs again (outside the current terrorism that we practice in Iraq)...i.e. another 911 [regardless of scale], Bush almost certainly will win the election no matter what, even though deaths of GIs in Iraq will likely be over 1,000 by November. So it behooves Bush to start ignoring chatter and whatever else it takes to facilitate a 911 in the coming months...
