To copy hard drives, along with the other suggestions offered here you can use Disk Copy by Powerquest, or you can create a copy through Norton Ghost. Disk Copy may be out of print by now since Powerquest was bought by Symantec, but I just used DC 4.0 for a hard drive upgrade and I recommend it if you can find it.
