Are /all/ universities doing this?  Why the race to the bottom?  A
concentrated attack by capital to lower socioeconomic mobility?

So many people from my high school class joined the Nat'l Guard in
order to go to college, I can imagine the two being linked.  Obviously
my observations aren't atypical...
