1. I wish people wouldn't quote entire composite posts just to write one line replies. It makes them look like e-text autistics.

2. I wish people wouldn't reply with language like 'go f- yourself'. I don't know, it makes them look like spoonslist dropout hypocrites, that is hypocrites who lecture others about civility and list manners but somehow can't apply the rules to themselves. It's a problem more than a couple people share.

3. Carrol's position is strong on some grounds, which he has already defended. It is, however, weak on how demands OUT NOW can be translated into political and social reality in the US. We might as well be screaming OUT NOW at the top of a mountain right now.

4. More than the torture at AG Prison, we ought now to be talking about the bombing of Shia cities (an annual event now). I'm finding it very, very, very, very hard to believe that religious or nationalist Sunni carried this out now to stop elections. I find it very, very very easy to believe that the US or Israeli interests within the US national security state would use such tactics to try and start an all-out civil war between the Sunni and Shia to prevent their unity. Come on now, show us one video that would indicate this was a wild-eyed car bombing. These are hidden bombs detonated remotely. Who could pull that off in Shia towns? The US occupation, Israel. Iranian and Iraqi news sources might well be far more reliable than anything from the western or gulf states media, though I do note Al Jazeera at least refrains from giving the theory 'Sunni did this to stop the elections'.
