As we enter 2004, World Capitalism enters its gravest crisis ever.
Imperialism is suffering defeat after defeat as worker struggles shake
the capitalists all throughout the world. What is gravely needed above
all else is tested, and programmatically correct Bolshevik party based
in the working class and oppressed communities. Since its founding,
the Revolutionary Workers Party has been that leadership. Our correct
program and working class composition is undeniable, and we have
tested ourselves in the class struggle as shown by our leadership with
the Revolutionary Workers contingent this fall. The fake left and
misleaders of the working class have been venomous in their hatred of
us and for good reason. We are the true Bolsheviks and our exposure
of them hits them where it hurts. From the Spartacist League to Martin
Paris's "Socialist Party" to the APST and Marxmail list, the fake left
has been unified in hatred of our party.

The Revolutionary Workers Party announces our intention to run a
revolutionary Bolshevik campaign for President in 2004. Based
ourselves on the election tactics formed by the Third International,
we plan to use the elections, not to take office, as the "Socialist
Party" and "Freedom Socialist Party" does but to raise our Bolshevik
propaganda to the working class.

We call on all our revolutionary minded workers to support our
revolutionary campaign
