Is there a mass political movement of any kind in the US? IMO, it's the mass movement that creates activists and theoreticians in the first place. Without a mass political movement, it's almost impossible to sustain activity as well as theory in the long term. What are the prospects of the emergence of a mass political movement (even a reformist one) in the US?
