Thanks for your answer, Ken. I agree with the above point. The rest seems like a series of pretty pointless stretches. Personally, I look at something like Ann Crittenden's argument about "parenting," and I see 1,000 times more clarity, realism, and genuine radicalism than I've ever seen in pomo-porno ditherings. Abolish porn, and little changes (perhaps things even get slightly worse, as men target real women instead of wanking off to DVDs). Abolish the "separate spheres" ideology that protects men from the labor of child-rearing, and the whole gender system cracks open.
