--this sounds a tad black and white, no? i mean is there no room for 
gray or are all claims of harrassment per se based on reality. And are 
all relationships between profs and students as you see them? if so, it 
seems that when profs go on strike, or when ta's go on strike, there's 
little possibility for solidarity, an idea that no doubt administrators 
certainly want all parties to believe.
