Well this formulation - I would agree with. It is depressing. But just as the imperialists of yore, used the strategy of 'divide & rule' in the past - why should this strategy be foreign to us now?
By the way, did anyone see the out-sourcing prgramme on 60 minutes? Showed well, what another side of India is today.
