I don't know. I just thought Moore was being incoherent and opportunistic. Remember, Moore opposed the war in Afghanistan (presumably still does in retrospect), but much of F 9/11 leaves one with the impression that he thinks we didn't hit Afghanistan quickly enough and long enough.
