I thought it was an excellent piece. I'd like to forward it to some people I know who are treating the Nov elections as an "expression of their conscience" [and therefore voting for Nader or Cobb] -- something that's rather narcissistic, I think -- or who aren't voting at all.

I'd have to say I agree with Chomsky's take on the elections as well, as recorded at his blog.
