[lbo-talk] False Statement Statute

i was really looking for something a bit more in depth than what's available on the net. vidal's point is that the shrub group consistently violates this law, thus creating impeachable offenses, etc. i'm interested in how attorneys would view that. i guess i didn't make that plain in my posting.

thanks to you, i know it's the US Code, and am a bit more informed than i was.
