It would be great if there were no need for Medicare but without training and work where are the doctors to come from? Unless every quack with a shingle is allowed to call themselves a doctor. Is this a flaw in your plan or is no one going to be in need of old fashioned invasive medical care in your future? Faith healing perhaps?
