I was so happy to see this (thanks), but now I'm confuzed. How did they get those numbers and how does this article get their's?

They claim Shrub's winning the EC vote! Haven't had time to look at how they came up with the numbers. Anyone else? (Was also thinking that maybe it's important to the Dems to use disinfo to make sure that the base turns out in full force?)
