July 30 (Interfax) -- Georgian troops launched massive shelling of Tskhinvali, including by heavy weapons, at 10:30 p.m. Moscow time (1830 GMT) on Thursday, Irina Gagloyeva, chairperson of the South Ossetian print and information committee, told Interfax by phone. "The shelling still continues, there are wounded people among civilians," she said.
