[lbo-talk] Tribute to Ronald Reagan

When I walk around the streets of Los Angeles, San Francisco and even 
Fresno and see the mentally ill with nowhere to go I think of Gov. 
Reagan's closing of the mental hospitals. That is the lasting tribute 
to Ronald Reagan that Californians will always be reminded of.

The regret I have over Reagan's death is that Dave Dellinger did not 
live to see it.
