That's right, blame the effects of the media monopoly on Americans. They are stupid suckers.
Look, as it stands now, Bush is going to be defeated in November. But if the Democrats and the left want to repeat their defeat of 1984, they need to focus more on calling Bush stupid and Americans stupid for supporting Bush. Go ahead, play into the hands of the right. They want you to play this game, so they can't keep calling the left "elitists."
Call Americans and Bush stupid if you want to snatch defeat from the jaws of vistory.
