doug, ya did a fine job, surely, and 45 seconds is way too short for much more than a sound 
bite.  there's only one way to beat that predicament, be super sensitive to subtext and refute 
it at every turn.  it's a real trick to perfect for sure.  it's one of the things you'll notice the 
right wing pundits are very good at, too good actually. 
hope cavuto has you on again and make sure he plugs your book.
