Fair enough criticism, Nathan, but how is Kerry going to dismantle the borders and INS? Is he going to take a strong public stand in favor of free immigration and the rights of undocumented workers? If states like California are granting legal rights to undocumented workers, shouldn't Kerry take a stand on easing border restrictions?

What is Kerry's stance on the INS? As many people know, the INS is the enforcement arm of U.S. immigration and border policies. More or less, it is the border gestapo for the American state and American racists. It captures undocumented workers and deports them, with no heed given to their family, work, or living situation. Does Kerry want to continue the INS or does he seek to get rid of it?
