There's some unpleasant stuff floating around, no doubt about it, but Chesler - herself a foul piece of work - exaggerates it wildly. Feder is full of white guy ressentiment - affirmative action has driven the world to hell, and all that. There are extreme racialized factions within the station and on the new local board that prefer to fight each other than try to figure out what the station can do about dwindling listenership.
