I've been lucky.  I've only ever worked for/with people who approached
Action Item's level of managerial abstrusity.  The friend who gave me
the URL says he wishes his managers were as clear and concise as Action
Item.

My suspicion is that whatever managerial vocabulary prevails at the 
moment is like Orwell's Newspeak: it is impossible to express a critical
thought or intention using it.
