Carrol, you are being WAY too touchy here.

You are also protesting that somebody has cast a stone into your glass house, while you have thrown more personal stones than anybody on this list, from what I've seen!

If your decision about what to do with your vote in November is so tethered to your self-image that you'll refuse to cooperate with your "opponents" in the Nader-Kerry debate after November, that's your problem, not ours. John Lacny can be abrasive [as many of us can ;-) ], but I consider him and you and even the Sweezy-basher Brad DeLong to be my allies, whatever mud we sling around in here. I'll certainly survive to fight another day, even though my personal plan (support Nader, then vote for Kerry) isn't universally accepted by my allies.

Why are you so inclined to personalize all this stuff? To me, that's the real source of 75% of the factionalism problem.

Take your positions, but don't let them get equated with you as a person. Learn to disagree and to lose, and do unto others what you'd have them do unto you...or at least remember your own last doing when you get done yourself.

Chill out.
