A survey of some US reactions to the Spanish election show that not only
is the American ruling class psychosis alive and well, but also shows
the extent and breadth of the influence of the extremist views of a
narrow circle of proto-fascist, pro-Israel neocon fanatics. All
prominently featured in the leading US political dailies, the WP & NYT.
That, together with the US Senate's moronic insult to the Spanish vote,
and Kerry's cowardly appeasement of this idiotic opinion, show that when
it comes to the test, virtually the entire mainstream of the US ruling
class is at ideological oneness with Richard Perle's extreme rightist
views.
