and these same people are losing the school funding they were supposed 
to get, too. ohio recently announced they were out of money for school 
funding and so are simply ending the program -- i don't suppose 
recruits who volunteered to get that money are now allowed out of 
*their* commitments . . . that would mean they could just hop the plane 
home from iraq, many of them . . .
