If this holds up, it could explain an awful lot about the subject. But he'd better have something to back it up besides an "unnamed informant," or his ass is grass. It obviously reads like a CIA cover story to put the blame on the Defense Dept., and the latter is already howling mad. Is it more than a feud between two agencies of the Imperial Government?
