Now that it seems to be over, I'm happy that I voted my conscience and wrote in Nader here in California, on the flip side of the ballot's envelope. Although I note that the L.A. Times is not even counting the write-in vote, I feel confirmed in my conscientiousness. Representation, it would seem to me, means to vote for the candidate that most precisely mirrors your own thinking on most issues.
