Well, we knew that the victory of either Bush or Kerry, under the circumstances created by the AnybodyButBush brigade, would constitute a defeat for us. In fact, we were already defeated when a big protest against the Democratic National Convention failed to materialize, if not sooner. To win, we have to get back to the streets and rebuild an anti-war movement. Today, we managed to have a protest of about two hundred people in Columbus. It was a modest size, but kids were militant. Kerry's abjectly quick concession made the scales fall from some youthful eyes, if not on LBO-talk. -- Yoshie
