>I sent an e-mail to the DNC and I got a thank you response within
>minutes. Oddly the thank you was for all the hard work I've done
>this year to help them out and the fact that they could always
>count on me time and time again when asked. I have no idea what
>they are referring to. It is an odd form letter to make such
>sweeping generalizations. I suggested Terry McAuliffe resign if he
>isn't going to ask for a full counting of all votes and he thanks
>me for it in a form letter.
>
>John Thornton

Phone calls and faxes are always better than email messages. The best of all would be mass actions. Activists in Washington D.C. and Massachusetts should be conducting sit-ins and the like at John Kerry's offices and holding rallies in front of them.

Activists in Ohio, New Mexico, and anywhere else the election was close can make mass visits to their state Democratic Party headquarters. Are they willing?

Here's John Kerry's contact information for DC and MA activists:

>Of course, they're wusses & won't do anything to challenge the
>legitimacy of the system. I was just reading a quote from Louis
>Hartz in Lieven's new book - America won't pay its critics the
>compliment of an argument. For Kerry & the Dems to call the
>election into question would be to step outside the realm of
>acceptable argument.

To demonstrate that John Kerry and the Democratic Party won't respond to grassroots pressures would be great! -- Yoshie
