How does this follow from curtailing the speech rights of corporations? Besides, what's sauce for the big MNCs ought to be sauce for little businesses as well: no monkeyshines at the local level, either. In fact, wouldn't one want to keep a close eye on proprietorships and partnerships precisely because one doesn't want a bunch of them covertly operating together and so being, in effect, a large business?
It may be that corporate personhood will fall as a consequence of something other than a direct attack upon it. But why can't it be at least a rallying point for working class projects? It seems like a natural from that perspective.
