Yes, it's interesting. However, his occasional comparison between Chechnya and Kashmir is misleading.
Conflicts like Chechnya and Kashmir are to be found in most parts of Asia: Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, China, Pakistan, Iran, Sri Lanka, Iraq etc. How are they to be dealt with by the Left? What is the appropriate Left position on the "national question" in the 21 Century?
