How a fascist rule in the US can solve these problems?

Which country in the world would benefit, if the US economy were to slide into a economic crisis? Neither Japan nor EU gains by a crisis of that kind. So it wouldn't lead to further _relative decline_ of the US vis a vis other parts of the world.
