Ecstacy, at least real Ecstacy MDMA, would not be the drug you would give someone to go out and kill. I cant say it's impossible but I highly doubt it. Ecstacy has been called an empathogen, because it heightens the feeling of empathy....not a sentiment you would want to encourage in a suicide bomber.
