[lbo-talk] Ballot Statuses: Nader vs. Cobb

Ah, Nader vs Cobb, I guess they are running against each now, too, then, technically, eh? (And what was that about LaMarche, Cobb's VP candidate, saying she'd vote Kerry? And Nader recommending Kerry pick up Edwards as VP, which Kerry did, only so Nader could continue to oppose him?) Seriously, do you know how many regular people out there are confused about the whole Nader and Cobb thing? Most people I speak with assume Nader is still the Green candidate. I've told them, no, Cobb is, officially. Well, who is that guy? they ask. He's the Green guy, like Nader was in 2000. Now Nader is an independent--the Greens rejected him, but he is still running, so they might astill be able to vote him.

To a lot of people, it seems bizarre and confusing.
