Therapy: It's OK, Don't panic! Just call work tomorrow morning and tell them you are feeling too good to go to work, and you'll call them when you feel worse.
Repeat as often as needed.

But what does it mean if you feel this way (depressed/anxious) every day until 4 p.m.? After 4, I definitely feel human/optimistic/etc.
I'm not kidding and it's not just that I work till 4/5/6. Even on the days when I don't work, this happens.
