1). I wish the Holocaust survivors well in their lawsuit.
2). It has nothing to do with whether or not it is fair to call President Bush a fascist.
3). The Bellant book is an excellent study of the recruitment of ethnic emigre Nazis into the Republican Party after WWII; and is not related directly to either the facts about Bush's relatives which prompted the lawsuit; or the claims regarding President Bush and his ideology.
Just because the words Bush and Nazi appear in several articles and books, does not mean that they are all discussing the same topic.
